I think I can measure myself when talk with my boss in Dallas or colleagues at the other office by phone .
- I can have my team use English to go thru daily e-mail. By this way, I can know my progress and my team member will have good practice too.
I will look for myself if feel more comfortable to make presentation to desigers when they are in Taipei JCPPC.
